Dr. Juan José González Badillo
Dr. González-Badillo is Full Professor in Theory and practice of sports training in the Faculty of Sports Sciences at the Pablo de Olavide University, Sevilla (Spain). He has been Dean of this faculty and Head of studies of the Master Degree in High Sports Performance organized by the Spanish Olimpic Comittee. Moreover he was Technical director, and Head coach of the National Spanish Team of Weightlifting Federation for 19 years. He has participated in four Olympic Games as responsible of the preparation of the athletes.
He has published numerous scientific articles indexed in JCR (Journal Citation Report), and two fundamental books which are a reference in most Faculties of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences of Spain and Latin America. He has participated in the development of software and devices for the measurement of force and speed. He has won numerous awards for his brilliant research and teaching career.
He has directed several research projects focused on the Neuromuscular system in sports training, with special interest in the study of the evaluation of force through the speed of the movement.

Dr. González Badillo participated at the XI International Symposium of Strength Training with the presentation entitled "APPLICATIONS OF SPEED CONTROL IN STRENGTH TRAINING".

Dr. González Badillo participated at the II International Symposium of Strength Training with the presentation entitled "PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS OF EFFORT CHARACTER".
