GRANTS FOR UPM UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS
Thanks to the collaboration of the ImFINE Research Group and the company TEXCON, 20 scholarships are offered to fully cover the registration fee for the Symposium.
Call for Applications – Terms and Conditions
1. Application period
The application period will be open from June 1 to June 14, 2026 (until 23:59).

2. Distribution of scholarships
- 16 scholarships for undergraduate students
- 4 scholarships for postgraduate/doctoral students
All applicants must be students at UPM.
If scholarships in one category remain unfilled, they may be reassigned to the other category.
3. First-year undergraduate students
First-year undergraduate students will only be eligible if scholarships remain available after allocation to students in higher years.
4. Required documentation
Applicants must upload an official document certifying their average academic grade (GPA) from their undergraduate studies.
5. Selection and notification
The results will be announced before July 1, 2026, and all applicants will be notified by email.
Selection will be based on the average academic grade.
6. Symposium registration
Selected students will not be required to pay the registration fee. They will receive a code to complete their registration at the following link:
7. Refund policy
If a selected student has already paid the registration fee, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the payment.
8. Activities not included
Workshops and other optional activities are not covered by the scholarship, but may be purchased separately by the student.
