General Information

There are individual and collective milestones that are here to stay. The creation of the internet, the use of mobile phones and the arrival of the Covid-19 are examples that profoundly affect all societies, moreover change the essence of many collective behaviors that will no longer be as before. But if we humans have demonstrated anything, it is our ability to adapt, and this is not an exception. Immersed in the study of the effects at all levels that the forced lockdown of millions of people will have had, this Symposium comes to shed some light on these data. How have we coaches adapted? Will we be more prepared for the next lockdown?

What is beyond doubt is that we will have to be better prepared, since our sector is especially sensitive. Keeping our clients active, fit and hooked on their personal trainer, in addition to representing added value for them, is certainly a battle, which we must win and for what we must prepare.

Although not everything is about coronavirus, fortunately, in fact we really want to forget part of this matter. So this December when we see each other again, we will talk about complex training and treat topics like nutrition and eating disorders, as well as specific types of diets such as the ketogenic. We will also study the effect of physical exercise on our brain and we will have the chance to get to know the author of “The Squat Bible".

We also celebrate the II NSCA Spain National Conference, which will bring us one of the best coaches in the USA and we'll continue to enjoy ourselves along with the speakers from the best workshops. Are you going to miss it?

We are waiting for you, so reserve your place as soon as possible.
