William Kraemer
Dr. Kraemer is Full Professor in the Area of Kinesiology at the Ohio State University (USA). His work in sports medicine and sports science has led to him being named one of the top sport scientists in the world. During his career he became President of the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).
He has a Degree in Health and Physical Education and Master Degree in Allied Health Professions and Exercise Physiology. He earned a PhD in Zoology and Physiology (University of Wyoming). He has also an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Jyväskylä (Finland).
One of his primary lines of research has been directed toward the understanding of resistance exercise and training and its programing for health, fitness and high performance training. Another important line of research is focused on nutritional interventions as an important tool for enhancing performance, health and recovery.  He has also realized basic cellular studies examining muscular and endocrine effects of microgravity and pituitary cell function to hypertrophy from exercise training.

Dr. Kraemer participate at the I International Symposium of Strength Training with the presentation entitled "THE TRAINING OF STRENGTH IN THE SPORTS CONTEXT".
