Dr. Teresa García Pastor
Dr. García-Pastor is Professor at the Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences in Camilo José Cela University, Madrid (Spain). She has worked as Adjunct Professor at the University of Zaragoza and Guest Professor at the University of Castilla La-Mancha.
She has a Degree and a PhD in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, and a Degree in Physical Education. She is also a Pilates Instructor certified by Stott Pilates (Toronto, Canada), and Body Intelligence (Madrid).
Her line of research is focused on the study of the benefits of the usual practice of the Pilates Method, Obesity, Levels of physical activity and physical condition of children and adolescents, Genetics and obesity, as well as in the Promotion of active habits in children and adolescents. She has numerous publications in journals indexed in the Journal of Citation Reports (JCR).

Dr. García Pastor participated at the III International Symposium of Strength Training with the presentation entitled "SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE OF PILATES METHOD APPLICATION".
